The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
