The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the chargers panting, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
Almighty God's Truth.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
