The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
