The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
