The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
