The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And raiding at dawn 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
