The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
