The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the racers, panting, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
