The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
