The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
