The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
