The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
