The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the crash? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
