The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 What shall let you know what the Clatterer is! 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
