The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
