The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
