The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
