In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
