In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
The Calamity! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
