The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 Raging Fire. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
