In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
The Striking! 1 What is the crash? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
