The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
