The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 Raging Fire. 11
