The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
