The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
