The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
