Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
