The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
The (unprecedented) crash! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah). Sent down in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
