The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 A flaming fire! 11
