Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the crash? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
