The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
