Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Gross rivalry diverts you, 1 till you reached the grave. 2 No! You are going to know. 3 Then no! You are going to know. 4 Lo! would that ye knew now with the surety of knowledge! 5 Indeed you will see hell. 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then, on that day, you will surely be questioned regarding the favours. 8
