Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you 1 until you go down to your graves. 2 Nay, in time you will come to understand! 3 nay, again, you shall soon come to know. 4 And yet if you knew with positive knowledge 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 Again, you shall surely see it with the eye of certainty 7 Then, on that Day, you shall be asked about the delight (you indulged in, in this world)! 8
