Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Rivalry in worldly increase distracteth you 1 even till you visit the tombs. 2 Nay, you will soon come to know; 3 But you will soon come to know. 4 No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty... 5 You will be shown hell 6 Then ye shall surely behold with the surety of vision. 7 then you shall be questioned that day concerning true bliss. 8
