Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
The craving for ever-greater worldly gains and to excel others in that regard keeps you occupied 1 until you visit the graves. 2 No indeed; but soon you shall know. 3 You shall cetainly know (about the consequences of your deeds). 4 Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!) 5 Verily, You shall see the blazing Fire (Hell)! 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 and on that Day you will most surely be called to account for [what you did with] the boon of life! 8
