Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), 1 until you visit the graves. 2 Nay! you shall soon know, 3 Again, no indeed, you shall soon know. 4 Nay, would that ye knew (now) with a sure knowledge! 5 You will be shown hell 6 Then ye shall surely behold with the surety of vision. 7 Then, on that Day, you will be called to account for all the bounties you enjoyed. 8
