Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Abundance diverts you, 1 until you come to the graves. 2 But you will come to know soon; -- 3 And once again: Nay, in time you will come to understand! 4 Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!) 5 Surely ye shall behold the Scorch. 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that day, ye will be asked concerning pleasure. 8

Almighty Allah's Truth.
