Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you 1 until you come to the graves. 2 But you will come to know soon; -- 3 nay, again, you shall soon come to know. 4 Nay, were ye to know with certainty of mind, (ye would beware!) 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then, on that Day, you will be called to account for all the bounties you enjoyed. 8
