Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The craving for ever-greater worldly gains and to excel others in that regard keeps you occupied 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 But you will soon come to know. 3 Indeed you will come to know soon. 4 Nay! if you had known with a certain knowledge, 5 Surely ye shall behold the Scorch. 6 Again, indeed you will see it with certainty. 7 Then on that day you shall most certainly be questioned about the boons. 8
