Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The craving for excess wealth kept you people neglectful. 1 Until you come to the graves. 2 Nay, but ye will come to know! 3 And once again: Nay, in time you will come to understand! 4 Nay! if you had known with a certain knowledge, 5 Ye shall certainly see Hell-Fire! 6 In the end you will indeed, most surely, behold it with the eye of certainty: 7 Then, on that Day, you will be called to account for all the bounties you enjoyed. 8
