In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

By the time (of the advent of Islam), 1 the human being is doomed to suffer loss, 2 Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience. 3

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
