The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter, 1 who amasses wealth and counts it, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 On the contrary! He shall be flung to the Crusher. 4 And what can make you know what is the Crusher? 5 A fire kindled by God, 6 roaring over the hearts 7 Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them 8 In pillars stretched forth. 9

Almighty God's Truth.
