The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 who amasses wealth and counts it over and again. 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what could make thee conceive what that crushing torment will be? 5 It is a fierce fire created by God 6 Which leapeth up over the hearts (of men). 7 It will engulf them. 8 In outstretched columns. 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
