The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter, 1 Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it. 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever! 3 No indeed; he shall be thrust into the Crusher; 4 How will you comprehend what Hutama is? 5 The fire of Allah, kindled, 6 which shall oversee the hearts, 7 (And) vaults them over 8 In extended columns. 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
