The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter, 1 Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it. 2 Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever! 3 Nay, he shall be thrown into the Crusher. 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the Fire kindled by Allah, 6 Which penetrates the hearts 7 covered down upon them, 8 In pillars stretched forth (i.e. they will be punished in the Fire with pillars, etc.). 9
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah). Sent down in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
