The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe to every fault-finding back-biter, 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 He thinketh that his wealth will render him immortal. 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the crushing torment. 4 Would that you understood what that crushing torment is like. 5 It is a fierce fire created by God 6 which will rise over the [guilty] hearts: 7 Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them 8 in its long columns of flames. 9
