The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Woe unto every slandering traducer, 1 who amasses wealth and counts it, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 And what will make you realize what the crushing disaster is? 5 (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, 6 which shall oversee the hearts, 7 covered down upon them, 8 In extended columns. 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
