The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not make their plan go wrong, 2 And sent against them birds, in flocks, 3 Striking them with stones of baked clay. 4 and He made them like green blades devoured. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
