The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the possessors of the elephant? 1 Did He not make their guile to go astray? 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 which smote them with stone-hard blows of chastisement pre-ordained, 4 so that He made them like straw eaten (by cattle). 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
