The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the Companions of the Elephant? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 Striking them with stones of hard clay, 4 so that He made them like straw eaten (by cattle). 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
